Relieving chambers are structural — their gap resonance is coincidental

The five chambers above the King’s Chamber are load-relief engineering. Their three 1.3m air gaps do resonate near the chamber’s 2nd width-mode harmonic (66Hz vs 65.5Hz), but that’s an incidental coincidence, not evidence of acoustic design.

Three identical 1.3 m gaps give 343/(4×1.3)=66.0 Hz, within 0.7% of 2× the 32.75 Hz width mode. The tight agreement on the *three identical* gaps is the interesting part.

With ~5 gaps plus harmonics and a 5% tolerance, a sub-1% near-match is expected by chance. This reads post-hoc — we picked the quarter-wave model *because* it fits.
